Hi, Grace:  We are just at the time of year when we change all those passwords and then send out a username/password document to the support teachers, who in turn will email it to you.  If you could just wait a few more days, you should receive all the updated passwords--it's not worth sending you the old ones, since many of them have already been changed.  (sorry about that!)
