We upload new patrons at the beginning of each month. The email with the client code and pin is sent automatically from L4U, so it often ends up in a junk folder.
If you don't receive an email by the 15th, please let me know and I will send your information to you. Students also receive their info via email and it goes to the email that was entered in Encom when enrolling them.
