Hi Barb,

You have logged in as a student so you will not be able to book items. Please log in with your parent account info.  Adding items to the bookbag does not mean they are booked.  The bookbag is just a "holding" place for you.  To book items you need to click on "place a booking" and choose a date.  I have attached the "how to guide" here and there is the link to the FAQ for you to refer to as well.

When you log in to your account, the first screen will show you all of the items currently OUT and their due dates.  You will also see an Advanced Bookings icon, which is where you can review all of your future bookings, and modify/delete bookings.
