You had logged in as a student, Esther, which is why you couldn't order and got the error messages. I see you have now placed 39 items in your own account's bookbag. There is a limit of 25 items out at one time, so you need to return the other items before the system will allow the next batch to circulate.
When you log in to your account, the first screen will show you all of the items currently OUT and their due dates. You will also see an Advanced Bookings icon, which is where you can review all of your future bookings, and modify/delete bookings. No bookings are showing presently, so you need to book the items in your bookbag. Please book the items from the bookbag according to your date preference. Five items have circulated out to you and will show up in your Items OUT list, along with those that are due back on the 29th. This means you can book 20 items to be shipped to you this week, along with those already circulated out, for a total of 25. Kelly is arranging for a pick up for 20 items due on the 29th; you will hear from her today.
