Are you logging with your PARENT ID? Students are sent client codes/PINS which they can use to access the ebooks and Overdrive, but they cannot place bookings on any physical library material.
All bookings are done on the parent account, for the entire family, because that account is used for shipping.
Please let me know if you cannot book items once logged in with the parent account info.
