Why can't I sign anything out?

I am logged in under the parent account but I am not able to place any bookings, nor can I delete my bookbag. What can I do so that I can sign out books?

I logged into your account and it was working.  Please try again and see if it works for you. Perhaps it was a temporary glitch.
